Through our dedicated team of specialist engineers, we can provide a bespoke and tailored package to any client in any type of premises whether it’s a domestic house, residential apartment block or a commercial building.

Package Breakdown
Basic
Intervals with costs budgeted over a set period of time that only have set tasks and integrity checks to perform but to satisfy all current legislation and local authorities. Emergency attendance requests would be charged additionally at prevailing rates at the time plus materials.
Comprehensive
We can tailor various comprehensive routine PPM service packages to meet the individual needs of each business and the equipment installed. These can include annual ‘one-off’ predetermined maintenance visits or regular six-monthly, quarterly or monthly service visits according to the needs and demands of the equipment and of course, complying with all current legislation and local authority requirements.
Emergencies
We also pride ourselves on providing a ‘second to none’ Emergency attendance service to all our comprehensive contract customers that affords ‘piece of mind’ by allowing for those unforeseen and unplanned emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. This would be charged at preferential rates on a ‘time on site’ basis plus materials
